Welcome to THE MARK! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of THE MARK mobile application and services. By using our app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

THE MARK is a unique social platform featuring a global 5000x5000 digital canvas where users can leave text marks, interact through echoes (reactions), and participate in various topics.

2. Subscription Terms

Free Trial & Pricing:

7-day free trial for new premium subscribers
After trial period: $19.99/year or $2.99/month
Payment charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
No refund for unused portion of current subscription period
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

3. Premium Features

Premium subscription includes:

3 daily marks (instead of 1)
3x longer mark duration on canvas
Written echoes (reactions with messages)
2x longer echo duration (48 hours instead of 24)
Ability to create private topics
Premium fonts and colors

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Spam or engage in automated posting
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt to hack or compromise the service

5. Content

You retain rights to your content, but grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content or service interruptions.

9. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

1. Hizmet Açıklaması

THE MARK, kullanıcıların metin işaretleri bırakabileceği, yankılar (tepkiler) aracılığıyla etkileşime girebileceği ve çeşitli konulara katılabileceği 5000x5000 küresel dijital tuvale sahip benzersiz bir sosyal platformdur.

2. Abonelik Koşulları

Ücretsiz Deneme ve Fiyatlandırma:

Yeni premium aboneler için 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme
Deneme süresinden sonra: Yılda $19.99 veya Ayda $2.99
Satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabınızdan ücret alınır
Mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir
Hesabınızdan mevcut dönem bitmeden 24 saat içinde yenileme ücreti alınır
Abonelikleri App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz
Mevcut abonelik döneminin kullanılmayan kısmı için geri ödeme yapılmaz
Ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında kaybedilir

3. Premium Özellikler

Premium abonelik şunları içerir:

Tuvalde 3 kat daha uzun işaret süresi
Yazılı yankılar (mesajlı tepkiler)
2 kat daha uzun yankı süresi (24 saat yerine 48 saat)
Özel konu oluşturma yeteneği
Premium fontlar ve renkler

4. Kullanıcı Davranışı

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Zararlı, saldırgan veya yasadışı içerik yayınlamak
Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmek, zorbalamak veya tehdit etmek
Başkalarının kimliğine bürünmek veya kimliğinizi yanlış göstermek
Spam yapmak veya otomatik gönderim yapmak
Fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmek
Hizmeti hacklemeye veya tehlikeye atmaya çalışmak

5. İçerik

İçeriğinizin haklarını siz saklarsınız, ancak bize hizmet içinde görüntüleme, dağıtma ve tanıtma lisansı verirsiniz. Bu koşulları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabiliriz.

6. Hesap Sonlandırma

Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları geri ödeme yapmadan askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız.

7. Koşullarda Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları periyodik olarak güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanıma devam etmek yeni koşulların kabulü anlamına gelir.

8. Feragat

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" garanti olmaksızın sağlanır. Kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan içerikten veya hizmet kesintilerinden sorumlu değiliz.

9. İptal Politikası

Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut fatura döneminizin sonunda geçerli olur.
